A kind of fabric flame retardant with development prospect

Phosphorus fabric flame retardant is a kind of flame retardant with rich resources, low wood forming and wide application. It has the advantages of colorless, transparent, high efficiency, low toxicity, wide use and low cost. It can be used in PU foam plastics, UP, EP and other fields. Due to its dual functions of flame retardant and plasticizing, the fire retardant of phosphorus based fabrics has been paid attention to, including phosphate, halophosphate, compound phosphate and its derivatives, polyphosphate and red phosphorus. The phosphoramide and reactive phosphorus compounds, especially the p-n expansion fabric flame retardant and polymer flame retardant are the most promising flame retardant for the fabric. Beijing University of technology Northeast Forestry University and other units have achieved a lot of achievements, in the future, how to expand production, do a good job in promoting and applying.

(1) The bromine content of DBDPO and DBDPO are the same, and the relative molecular weight is the same, so it can be used in the places where DBDPO can be used.

Brominated epoxy resin is divided into two kinds: low molecular weight and high molecular weight. No matter which one, compared with other textile flame retardant, they have high molecular weight, high bromine content and good compatibility with polymer, so the use amount increases year by year.

Brominated polystyrene is a kind of additive polymer bromine textile flame retardant, which has good compatibility with PA and other polymers, and has little influence on the physical and mechanical properties of the flame retardant substrate. The low molecular weight of brominated polystyrene is better in fluidity and compatibility.

(4) PBST is a polymer of bromostyrene, which can improve the compatibility between copolymers and some resins, thus improving the heat resistance and fluidity of flame retardant materials and preventing foaming of materials.

(5) Tetrabromobisphenol A carbonate oligomer is an additive aromatic bromine textile flame retardant, mainly used for flame retardant ABS, PBT, pet, PC, pc/abs mixture, polysulfonate, pet/pbt mixture and San. Brominated carbonate oligomer is a good flame retardant for textile, which has the color, impact strength, fluidity and thermal stability of raw materials.
