Application principle of surfactant in water based metal cleaning agent
2021-05-24 09:01:33

The application principle of surfactant in water-based metal cleaning agent is to weaken or offset the adhesion of oil on metal surface by the properties of wetting, permeation, emulsification, dispersion and solubilization of surfactant. The oil is emulsified into the washing solution by mechanical and physical methods, and then it is suspended or solubilized in micelles.

Alkyl polyglycoside

Water based metal cleaning also requires adding inorganic auxiliaries: corrosion inhibitor, cosolvent, foam stabilizer, defoamer, filler and so on.

Formula: nonylphenol polyvinyl chloride (20) ether 80% oleic acid 8% triacetylamine 8% triacetamide borate 8% succinate 8% silicone defoamer 0.2% water allowance, dilute to 5% note: the above percentage is mass ratio.

Glycol monostearate or bistearrate, polyethylene glycol bistearearrate: glycol stearate or made into monoester, or made into double ester, are white to light yellow wax solid. It has pearl luster, thickening, conditioning, antistatic and antifoaming effect on the aqueous solution system. Used as an auxiliary in liquid detergents. The esters made from one or two-dimensional ethylene glycol not only retain the original characteristics of glycol ester, but also can achieve low temperature emulsification, and the comprehensive performance is better. The high polymerization degree (relative molecular weight is 6000) polyethylene glycol ester has stronger thickening, better conditioning, and can improve the irritation of the system to the skin.

Propylene glycol monoridge fatty acid ester, propylene glycol alginate: the ester of propylene glycol has no pearlescent effect, mainly has emulsification. Propylene glycol monostearate is a white wax, with mild aroma, which belongs to the emulsifier of oil package water, which has strong oil affinity, hlb=3, and strong defoaming force. Propylene glycol alginate is a white to light yellow fibrous powder, almost odorless and tasteless. It dissolves in water and forms a thick colloidal solution. When it is pH 3~4, it can form a gel without precipitating. It has strong salt resistance and does not saltout in concentrated electrolyte solution. It can be used as thickener, strong oil-friendly emulsifying stabilizer and defoaming agent.

Although the amount of surfactant in flux is small, it is very important to reduce the "surface tension of the welded material". What is shown is a strong wetting effect, which can ensure the smooth expansion, flow and infiltration of tin on the surface of the welded object.
