How to use surfactants in synthetic fiber oil agent industry?

The basic theoretical research of surfactant is weak. Because there may be many kinds of structural states of the same surfactant, EO-PO random polyether is a typical example. If the irregularity of random polyether changes, various forms of EO-PO chain connection will make a large number of structural differences in the same product.

At present, the theoretical research work in this field is seldom carried out in China, so in fact, a large number of surfactant structures (the original basis of product performance) can not be determined correctly. It is not enough to determine the product performance only by conventional chemical analysis. The structure analysis of random polyether and the thermodynamics and kinetics of PK have been studied, which is undoubtedly a gratifying step to pay attention to the basic theoretical research.

The varieties of surfactants are infinite, how to develop and utilize them, how to make their properties better meet the needs of synthetic fiber oil agent function, how to make full use of their properties through modern blending means, these are the topics that should be studied in the future. In this respect, it is of great importance to strengthen the scientific research force, strengthen the scientific research means and promote the transformation of scientific research into production as soon as possible.

Surfactants have been widely used in the synthetic fiber oil agent industry, and will be widely used with the development of new varieties and performance improvement. However, we should also see that there are many problems in the practical application in China, such as the instability of product quality, which brings difficulties in oil formulation and instability of oil quality; the monotony of surfactant varieties makes it difficult to select monomers for oil formulation.

At present, most of the EO addition devices in China are traditional "kettle type" equipment, and some anionic surfactants such as PK products are produced by small-scale manual way. Limited to the limitations of the preparation process, there are unstable quality. Although there are several sets of introduced EO addition devices, which can produce AEO and aqeo series products on a large scale, there are not enough varieties suitable for oil agent blending. The development of software and hardware can't keep up with the actual demand, and large-scale production is what I started with. Therefore, in order to meet the demand of domestic oil agent, we should introduce complete oil agent monomer technology and equipment while developing software by ourselves. In this way, not only the domestic level of oil agent can be improved rapidly, but also the conditions for further development and catching up with the advanced level are provided.
