（2） The purchasing of domestic polyether amine requires that all kinds of packaging must have identification marks, Chinese description, batch number, delivery date and effective date of use. When purchasing imported products, all kinds of packaging must be provided with commodity inspection mark, national identification mark, Chinese description, batch number, delivery date and effective date of use.

（3） During procurement, users shall provide the sales enterprise with the project name, address, and quantity of polyether amine required, and the sales enterprise shall register and file.

（4） The relevant construction unit (or other relevant unit as agreed in the contract) must send the relevant materials to the designated testing center for performance test. The test shall conform to the national standards. The incomplete project, the test date and the construction date, the test report and the inspection center archive report are invalid reports.
