The compatibility of APG with various surfactants has good synergistic effect

The multi-purpose detergent is used to wash the oil stain on the fabric at 60 ℃, and generally does not contain bleaching agent. Foam should be controlled due to strong mechanical effect during washing. Therefore, the amount of APG used in liquid multipurpose detergents containing anionic surfactants is limited. Table 7 is the reference formula of liquid multi-purpose detergent containing APG. Since the amount of APG is small, the synergistic effect and the reduction of the amount of surfactant may not be considered. But APG improves the low temperature stability of the product and reduces the amount of cosolvent. It shows that the stability at low temperature can be improved by using a small amount of APG instead of non - ionic surfactant.

If APG is mixed with some surface active agents with good biodegradability, the products can meet the requirements of ecological environment. Table 5 shows that the detergent containing APG reduces the amount of surfactant. It is estimated that about 290000 tons of surfactants are used for hand washing dishwashing detergents in Western Europe. If the high-quality product with APG to reduce the effective substance content by 20% is put on the market, it means that the surfactant discharged into the wastewater will be reduced by 58000 tons. Although the effective substance content of the product is reduced, its detergency is improved. It can be seen that when the dosage is the same, the surfactant dosage of product B is reduced by about 20% compared with that of product a.

APG application features include:

(1) It has good synergistic effect with many kinds of surfactants, and can save the amount of other surfactants under the same effect.

(2) The performance of foam is better than that of general nonionic surfactants, and it is suitable for hand washing dishwashing detergent.

(3) Low irritation and mild surfactant, which can be used to prepare hand washing dishwashing detergent and hand washing detergent, is easy to biodegrade and has low toxicity.

(4) Most of the fatty alcohol, glucose and starch used are from natural raw materials.

Taking hand washing dishwashing detergent and hand washing detergent as examples, the application of APG is explained.
