The melting point of flame retardant is only 185 (?) C. If the temperature of the outlet of the production machinery is too high, it will cause slippage and noise. Therefore, the temperature of the outlet must be lowered in the production of flame retardant extrusion board. The lower temperature of the outlet can effectively ensure the smooth feeding of the machinery, the strong screw propulsion and the production efficiency can be greatly improved.


Flame retardant


The decomposition temperature is high and the processing stability is good. It is not easy to produce corrosive gases. The flame retardant efficiency is high and the flame retardant effect is good. It is very suitable for the flame retardant use of plastics such as GPS.

The flame retardant effect and efficiency of ZR-XPS are much better than those of traditional flame retardants such as HBCD. The heat resistance of ZR-XPS is also better. The matching of flame retardants has reached a new height.

ZR-XPS is still a halogen series flame retardant, which has strong fire-retardant pertinence. Generally, XPS based on GPS can play a good flame-retardant effect and good flame-retardant efficiency. If PS particles are recycled, the cleanliness of the recovered particles should be ensured, without benzene modification, large amount of filling and other plastics. If color matching is needed in production, please carefully select color matching methods and products. Trace color powder has little effect on the flame retardant effect, but carrier resin is the color masterbatch of non-PS resin, such as LDPE, LLDPE and other polyolefin carriers, it is very likely to affect the flame retardant effect. In the cable disc, the appearance of the socket, the material used in the panel, the number of sockets and so on all determine the quality of the whole disc, as well as the use effect, but it is the copper sheet inside the socket that really determines the power-on situation and plays a role. Elastic copper sheet with good quality and thicker texture is the best choice. Good socket copper sheet is the key part to avoid fire hazards.

Some inferior points on the market are broken. Most of the copper sheets are ordinary brass, whose thickness is generally below 0.4mm, and the surface of the copper sheets has not been treated safely. It is easy to be oxidized and corroded, heat distortion and poor toughness in long-term use, resulting in poor contact between plugs and sockets. When power is on, it needs to be plugged repeatedly to ensure that the contact is in place, and loosening may occur after plugging, which will affect the normal use of electricity.

Phosphorus bronze is used in high-quality cable tray. Its thickness can reach 0.5 mm. The surface of copper sheet is also treated by nickel plating. It has strong elasticity, excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, good thermal conductivity, and is not easy to loosen, which reduces the possibility of fire.

In addition, for sockets, in addition to the material of copper sheet, the thickness of copper sheet is also an important consideration. The thick pure copper plug-in has the following advantages: strong and durable toughness, not easy to deform; suitable for long-term and multiple plugging, good contact between socket and plug, close connection; thick copper, can improve the current passing capacity, reduce the resistance of copper itself; thick copper, oxidation resistant, rust free, not easy to increase the resistance and heat due to copper corrosion. It can be said that a good socket, the decisive role is the quality of the socket.

At the same time, the material of socket panel is also an important link to determine the service life of cable disk, because sockets need to be used for a long time. Under the condition of frequent power-on, high temperature will cause the inferior panel to melt, affecting the normal use of cable disk.
