Alkyl polyglycosides have the structural characteristics of typical nonionic surfactants

Organic fluorine surfactant is one of the most active surfactants so far. On the one hand, it can reduce the surface tension to a very low value, on the other hand, it has a small amount of surfactant. Its unique properties are summarized as "three high" and "two abomination", namely, high surface activity, high chemical stability and high heat resistance stability; Its fluoroalkyls are hydrophobic to both water and oil. Another excellent performance of organic fluorine surfactant is that it has good mixing performance with hydrocarbon surfactant, and the mixture has higher ability to reduce surface tension. As long as a few organofluorine surfactants are added to the preparation, the performance of the preparation can be improved obviously.

The physical and chemical properties of surfactants require the environmental conditions, but by improving, the range of environmental conditions can be expanded. For example, the addition of epichlorohydrin in fatty alcohol ethylene ether can significantly improve the fluidity of products and reduce the requirements of environmental temperature during use. The modified pesticide emulsifiers 1601 and 1602 developed after modifying agricultural milk No. 600 have a larger application range than that of nongru 600.

The water solubility and wetting properties of alkylpolyglycosides with short alkylcarbon number (C8-C12) are very good. When APG is mixed with other surfactants, it shows a good synergistic effect, such as JFC 0.5% and APG 1% in salt dry sheep skin. In addition, APG has the functions of sterilization and anti hard water, which is not polluted to the environment, and it is expected to be used in leather soaking.

The purpose of leather fatliquoring is mainly to make use of emulsification and dispersing action of surfactant to make the oil appear in the emulsion state, which is easy to infiltrate the collagen fibers between human leather and make the leather fibers reach a good dispersion state, thus showing the characteristics of softness, fullness and so on. The proper carbon number (c14-c18) alkydoside has the typical structure characteristics of non-ionic surfactant, and has good wetting, permeation, emulsification and dispersion. When it is used to fatliquoring leather, it has good wetting and permeability to leather collagen fiber, which can make the dispersion emulsification performance of the fatliquor with it better. APG 5%, Se 6% and L-3 7% were used for Fatliquoring of goat garment leather. The fatliquoring leather has soft and full hand feel, especially the good dispersion effect of meat or suede fiber and strong mercerizing.
