Surfactant can change the activity of aqueous solution
2021-07-07 15:21:27

In addition to changing the activity of aqueous solution, that is, reducing its surface tension, various washing related properties, such as penetration, adsorption, wetting, dispersion, emulsification, colloidal solution, foaming, etc., will change significantly near the critical micelle concentration.

Surfactants used in synthetic detergents are not pure single compounds, and often contain more or less adjacent homologues. Moreover, surfactants account for less than 1 / 3 of the total weight in detergent formula, and the rest are various auxiliaries and auxiliary agents, which play different roles. Therefore, the role of synthetic detergent in the washing process is a complex comprehensive process.

Alkyl polyglycoside

The emulsion prepared by surfactant not only has the cleaning effect of the above-mentioned cleaning agents, but also has the effect of dissolving and cleaning oil stains greatly due to the existence of internal oil phase according to the similar dissolving principle of solvent. The ideal cleaning emulsion generally has the following four characteristics:

(1) The emulsion is stable, and the oil is relatively oil soluble.

(2) The viscosity of the oil phase is low, so it is easy to wash.

(3) Good oil phase, non-volatile, non-toxic, cleaning process will not produce pollution.

(4) Easy to demulsify, recycle and recycle.

The application principle of surfactant in water-based metal cleaning agent is to weaken or offset the adhesion of oil on the metal surface through the properties of wetting, penetration, emulsification, dispersion and solubilization of surfactant, and accelerate the oil to leave the metal surface and enter into the washing liquid by mechanical and physical methods to be emulsified, dispersed and suspended or solubilized in micelles.
